End of Week Two
Stiletto is doing great. I have been working on lots of basics and she responds well to everything I ask her to do. Jill got her new filly this past week and on Sunday we ponied her for the first time from Stiletto. They both did great. We will probably do more ponying over the next few weeks. They are also turned out together, so they are buddies.

Are you going to ride Stiletto western? She looks like she could go either way. Sign was just so good looking as an english/dressage pony. How is Sign doing now? Do you get updates?

ReplyDeleteThanks for the compliment. I don't put any thought into which saddle I will compete in. I have the "outfit" for whatever.... I'll ride her in every saddle before April and go with which ever one fits her best. I bet she will be very nice as a hunter.
I have not heard from the new owners of Sign. She was a very smart horse (probably the smartest horse I have ever come into contact with) and I did learn lots from her. Hopefully she is doing great, she deserves the best.
